Lompoc Flower Fields

Lompoc’s mild, sunny climate and rich soil provide ideal conditions for commercial cut flower and flower seed production, as well as vegetable production. From late May through September, Lompoc is bordered by acres of sweet peas, larkspur, marigolds and other flower varieties. The Lompoc Valley Flower Festival is held on the last full weekend in June. Tours of the flower fields are self-guided, with maps and lists of blooming fields available on line at the LOMPOC VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & VISITORS BUREAU (www.lompoc.com) or for pick up at their offices at 111 South I Street.
