The Italianate Ferrari-Carano winery is known for its award-winning wines as well as for its stunning winery and grounds. The winery was built in 1981 and focuses on producing Ferrari-Carano's stellar white wines. Ferrari-Carano harvests grapes at night, when temperatures are the coolest, to get crisp and intense fruit flavors.
